Malaysian Internet of Things (IoT) enabler inks partnership with Chinese a full-stack backhaul IoT communication system provider with key strengths in R&D.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, 28th November 2024 – MDT Innovations Sdn Bhd (MDTi) enters a partnership with Guangzhou Techphant Technology Co., Ltd. (Techphant), a full-stack backhaul IoT communication system provider with key strengths in R&D and patented technologies based in Guangzhou, China. The signing takes place at MDTi’s headquarters earlier today. The agreement signifies a strategic partnership between the two giants in IoT sector as they undertake an ecological cooperation focusing on innovative applications and product developments of ultra narrowband (TPUNB) communication systems. The partnership is expected to revitalise the IoT landscape by aiming to jointly promote the adoption of TPUNB in areas such as smart cities, smart airports, people management and asset management, among other IoT solutions.
